Health bill a milestone -- or a mistake?
AIR (Applied Information Resources ), a non-profit public policy organization, works with Ohio Consumers for Health Coverage and its southwest OCHC network to elevate the discussions concerning health care reform that currently take place in Greater Cincinnati. To that end, AIR is contacting diverse religious leaders in this region to enlist their assistance in involving people of faith in an examination of the moral ramifications of health care reform in Ohio and the U.S.. The goal of this project is to have people of faith look at health care through the lens of religious teachings that stress compassion, justice, and caring for one's neighbor.
